The Dataset

This is the ex vivo monkey diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dataset for the article Pizzolato et al. 2021 titled “Axonal T2 estimation using the spherical variance of the strongly diffusion-weighted MRI signal”.

Facts about the dataset

The dataset includes diffusion-weighted images (DWIs) collected at 7T with different echo times (TEs). Please refer to the README.txt file for the data description and to the method section in the article above.

The data have been collected at the Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance, Centre for Functional and Diagnostic Imaging and Research, Copenhagen University Hospital - Amager and Hvidovre, Copenhagen, Denmark.
